• Grades are listed based on ANA, Photograde and common sense. A numerical range from 0 (worst) to 70 (flawless) is used.

• First class postage and insurance is $3.00 (plus $0.50 per roll) on all orders. Please add additional postage for books and heavy items.
• If you choose to waive insurance on your order, you agree not to hold me responsible for lost and/or damaged packages.
• New Jersey residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
• Personal checks must clear prior to shipping, money orders and bank checks can be shipped immediately. Sorry, no pay pal or credit cards accepted.
• Bounced checks will cost you $25, please let's not go there.
• I have a free lay-a-way plan. Send 25% down payment and send the rest anytime within 60 days. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged if you do not complete your layaway. (this has never happened thank you)

• Returned coin(s) MUST be in their ORIGINAL UN-OPENED holders for refund or exchange.
• Returned coin(s) must be sent back via a "trackable, insured" service. If the package does not reach me, I cannot refund your money.
